Wessex General

The turf we grow is Wessex General, a hard-wearing, general purpose grass for both domestic and commercial use.

We supply Wessex General turf for:

• Family lawns
• Domestic and commerical landscaping
• Business parks
• Caravan parks

• Local and County councils
• Cemeteries

Wessex Budget

Our budget turf is seed grown, but doesn't reach the high quality standards that we reserve for Wessex General.

Wessex Budget is mostly used for low cost landscaping.

Sizes

The average size of a roll of our turf is 16 inches by 65 inches, and each turf will cover 2/3 of a square metre. To find out how much turf you need, please use our calculator.

We can also supply rolls of turf in a larger size. These are normally supplied only to trade and are prefered for larger projects. Handling equipment is needed as large rolls can weigh up to 200 kgs.
